I've rediscovered my love for gardening, a long-lost hobby that has brought me happiness lately.
There's something therapeutic about this hobby, from buying pots to mixing and filling soil, planting new plants that my mom brings from neighbors and relatives, and observing their growth as I water and nurture them.
All these little things give me a sense of fulfillment and purpose I didn't have before. It's super calming to spend time around these plants; it's almost like my own little stress-free zone.
Gardening also helps me give back to nature by turning food waste and veggie scraps into compost. I've even started using old plastic containers for my smaller plants to help reduce plastic waste.
I'm also happy that my nephew shares a slight interest in gardening, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
We live in a very closed neighborhood with limited space, but I always find a place for new plants. These are just a few shots that I captured today.
