Storyline
The film follows a young couple as they embark on a journey to an exclusive destination restaurant located on a remote island. The renowned chef, played by Fiennes, has prepared a lavish tasting menu complete with surprises that shock the couple. Along with a few other people, they soon discover that the meal is not just a culinary experience, but an interactive story-like event where the chef adds unexpected “ingredients” to the menu.
I started to watch the movie without any idea. Tried to watch the trailer, but stopped in the middle and decided to give it a try. Wonderful experience. Well-written and directed and the acting is also good. I didn't get bored even for one second which is quite rare.
Anyway, they constructed this movie in the order of an expensive menu style - by using course and funny explanations. I liked the chef and the lady character very much. Also, there is a cheeseburger-making session in this movie - a top one with a piece of great background music and everything. I really liked it and decided to upload that specific section in YouTube Shorts.
